Isolation for destruction

I am filled with joy today as I bring the word of the Lord to you. Please take a moment to read through this message; it will bless you immensely. Writing from the City of Akute, Ogun State, I want you to know that every article you find here is divinely inspired to meet you at the point of your need.

Thank you, Holy Spirit!

In the book of Exodus 33:14, it is written, "And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest."

The devil knows very well that he cannot touch a true child of God. Sin is always the portal through which the devil and his agents attack men. His strategy is to isolate a person for destruction, removing them from the divine protection of God's presence.

Balaam could not curse the people of Israel because sin was not found among them; they were holy and God's people. However, when sin was found in them, God's anger was kindled against the Israelites.

Friends, as children of God, you are under divine protection. Do not allow sin to bring you out of this coverage. I am pleased to share my personal story to encourage you, whether you are a youth, young adult, teenager, or of any age.

Years ago, as a very young teenager in university, I traveled to a distant city in Benin Republic to learn French. Coming from a Christian home where my mother taught me the principles of prayer and the Word, I practiced these daily. In this new city, I rented a student room with five bunk beds, sharing the space with four other boys. After a week, I was influenced by my peers and started drinking alcohol and flirting with women. They told me this new way of life was the best, and I began attending clubs and engaging in fraud. Oh, what a trap that took away God's divine protection.

One day, I met a young lady from Benin, introduced to me as a "bad girl." We began seeing each other and committing sexual immorality. I thought I was having fun, but this continued for months until the Lord struck me with madness, which I suffered for 12 years. During this time, my ministry was delayed, and I experienced years of stagnation. I thank God I eventually found His mercy.

The main aim of the devil is to kill, steal, and destroy. The good news is that he cannot touch you if you remain and abide in God.
