DIGNITY OF LABOUR
The Bible says, “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your heart.” There is also a powerful reminder in Scripture: “There is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave.” And Proverbs tells us that the hand of the diligent makes rich, but the slothful hand makes poor. Labour gives meaning and dignity to life. The work of our hands is one of the major ways God uses to meet our needs and provide for us. In this Kingdom, laziness is not permitted. Whatever the Lord has commanded you to do—whether in ministry, business, a profession, a trade, craftsmanship, or any honest work—you are expected to do it with all your heart. What you do for a living is not as important as how you do it. What matters is that you are faithful, diligent, honest, and committed to the work God has placed in your hands.
