THE HOLY SPIRIT part 1

Good evening, friends all over the world.

It was truly a great moment at “THE GATHERING”—our street evangelical ministration. Lives were touched, and hope was restored to many youths and teenagers. To God be all the glory.

Today, I would like to share briefly on a very important topic: The Holy Spirit.

One of the greatest gifts anyone can ever have is the presence of the Holy Spirit. His presence makes the Christian life meaningful and victorious. With Him, living the life of Christ becomes possible, and you can overcome life’s challenges without fear.

In the Old Testament, the Holy Spirit came upon prophets for specific assignments. But in this present dispensation, He lives within us and abides with us continually.

Some years ago, after weeks of crusades and evangelism, I had a dream. In that dream, an angel of the Lord said to me, “Before I gave Adam a wife, I gave him a work.” Then he instructed me to ask for something money cannot buy.

When I woke up, I asked an elder brother in the Lord what that could be. He replied, “It is the presence of God—money cannot buy it.”

From that moment, I began to seek God earnestly for what money cannot buy—and by His mercy, I received it. Since then, the Lord has not stopped leading me, speaking to me, and teaching me what to do at every point in time.

The Holy Spirit is the promise of the Father to all people—regardless of language, tribe, or race. Without Him, the Christian life becomes empty and powerless. Remember, it was the Holy Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead.

It is God’s desire that all men receive the Holy Spirit. Sadly, this is not the reality for many. Some seek power through money, while others depend solely on men to receive what only God can freely give. Yet, they remain in search.

The Christian journey without the Holy Spirit is full of struggle and hard labor—please, do not live that way.

You must learn to talk to Him at all times and engage Him in every season. One of the primary ways to do this is through the study and meditation of the Word of God. As you grow in the Word, you will begin to discern His voice.

Without a consistent Bible life, it becomes easy to mistake other voices—your thoughts, emotions, or even wrong spirits—for the Holy Spirit. But with the Word, clarity comes.

The Holy Spirit desires to be your friend. There are moments I simply play gospel music and enjoy His presence. In such times, He speaks, teaches, comforts, and even reveals hidden things. He guides, prays through us, and exposes the plans of the enemy.

This world is full of wickedness—you cannot afford to live without Him.

My prayer for you is that God will grant you His abiding presence forever.

Remember, without the Lord Jesus Christ, you cannot receive the Holy Spirit. Today, you can make things right with God. Confess your sins, believe in the Lord Jesus, and ask God for the Holy Spirit. Receive Him by faith.

God bless you
