Jesus spoke to the woman of Samaria at the well said I will give you water to drink and you will have no need to drink again but rather become a living water. This didn't happen two weeks later it happened immediately she tasted the water and became a river herself that men of the Land came and sought after Jesus through her.
It is the desire of heaven for His children to become rivers springing for all to drink from. Our human body needs water as such that without water we can't survive here on earth so our spirit and soul can't survive without the Living waters. What was the living water Christ spoke about? It was the word of God. Jesus is the word of God, a day without the Word tells that you only exist but not living.
Can a man exist without living water? Oh yes. Many people all over the years have not tasted the living waters, some tasted the water in their teenage years but longed for it the rest of their life but never found it. Because it is impossible to give what you don't have. Has I speak to you the nations of the world seek for the living waters but can't find. The rich are with money but can't find it. This Living waters cannot be bought by silver or gold, it is the Life of Christ.
Jesus looked at the men of his day and this day and said "come unto me.... and I will give you rest" This Living waters gives rest. It gives rest from all your worries and life obstacles. Jesus never wants you to be far away from him so he can keep on watering your life. So many are far from him that's why they're confused and unsatisfied. They have replaced the living waters with money, sex, power, and pleasure of this world yet they are unsatisfied.
In Jeremiah 2:13 for my people have committed two evils: they have forsaken me, the fountain of living waters, and heard out cistern for themselves, broken cisterns that can hold no water.
For Christ is the Living waters do not forsake him for the Lord your God wants to fill you up that you may never taste again.
In conclusion, there is a call to an intimate relationship with Jesus, come before it too late.
