WEEP NO MORE
Life is full of seasons, with many ups and downs. There are moments when everything seems to be going well, and there are seasons when life feels uncertain and difficult. Today, I want to encourage someone reading this.
Are you experiencing delays that make it seem as though your breakthrough will never come? Have you faced rejection in the past? Are there things you have desired so deeply, yet they still seem out of reach?
The word of the Lord to you today is: "Weep no more."
The Bible says, "Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning" (Psalm 30:5). No night lasts forever, and no season of pain has the final say over your life when God is involved.
One story in the Bible that always blesses me is that of the woman with the issue of blood. For twelve long years she suffered and spent all she had on physicians, searching everywhere for a solution, yet instead of getting better, her condition grew worse. Then she heard about Jesus and the mighty works He had been doing.
She said within herself, "If I can only touch the hem of His garment, I shall be made whole." She stopped focusing on her pain and turned her attention to Christ. By faith she pressed through the crowd, touched His garment, and immediately received her healing.
Perhaps today you have been weeping over situations that seem impossible. The same Jesus who healed the woman with the issue of blood is still able to intervene in your situation.
In 1 Samuel 30:3, David and his men returned to their city only to find it burned with fire and their wives, sons, and daughters taken captive. The Bible says they wept until they had no more strength to weep. Yet David did not remain in despair. He strengthened himself in the Lord his God, and in verse 8, David inquired of the Lord and received divine direction.
If you have been weeping over life's challenges, perhaps it is time to strengthen yourself in the Lord. Life is full of adversities, but our confidence is that God is with us and has promised never to leave nor forsake us. He will see us through every storm.
I also remember the story of Robert Kiyosaki, the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad. There was a season when he and his wife had no roof over their heads and practically lived in their car. Yet they endured that difficult season and eventually emerged stronger and better.
Maybe you are trusting God for a life partner and it seems as though nothing is happening. Be encouraged. God's timing is always perfect. He is never too early and never too late. He will show up at the right time and in the right way.
The waiting season may seem long, but one day you will look back and say, "It was worth the wait."
Whatever your situation may be today, hear this word clearly: Weep no more. Your story is not over. God still writes beautiful endings, restores what was lost, and turns mourning into dancing.
Hold on to Him. Keep believing. Keep praying. Your morning of joy is coming.
