CHRIST IN YOU

“Christ in you, the hope of glory.” — Colossians 1:27

Eternal life is found in Christ. When Christ comes into a person’s life, He brings His light, His peace, His presence, and the hope of glory. True satisfaction is not found in possessions, achievements, or the applause of people; it is found when we receive Christ and surrender to His Lordship.

I remember the story of a man who lived in a beautiful house but was always unhappy. He had money, success, and everything people could desire, yet his heart remained empty. One day, a friend told him about Jesus and said, “You have built a beautiful house, but you have left the most important Guest outside.”

That statement changed his life. He opened his heart to Christ, and everything began to change—not because his circumstances immediately changed, but because Christ now lived within him.

Jesus says, “I stand at the door and knock” (Revelation 3:20). Your heart is like a house with a gate. Christ knocks, but you must open the door.

When Christ is in you, you carry the life of God—Zoe, eternal life. Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Never keep Christ outside. Receive Him, surrender to Him, and let Him live through you.
